Good News for the Hemp Industry!

If you've spent any time following the ever-evolving regulations that pertain to the hemp industry, you'll be glad to hear that the USDA and the FDA appear to be taking a more rational approach to the coming rule changes.

Not only has the FDA changed their tune when it comes to the inclusion of Hemp CBD in infused products, but the USDA has decided to drop their ridiculous requirement that all hemp be tested in DEA-licensed labs (of which there are very few).
