Our Pure CBD in MCT Oil is made with nothing but CBD Isolate, MCT Oil, and botanical terpenes. It's not a full spectrum or broad spectrum extract but simply CBD and MCT oil, intentionally mixed with botanical terpenes to bolster the "entourage effect" that occurs when cannabinoids are taken along with terpenes. There's not really a wrong way to use our CBD tincture, but we suggest that you put a few drops of CBD MCT oil under your tongue so that the cannabinoids can be absorbed by the mucous membrane. You can also put a few drops of CBD oil in your food, in your drinks, or on your skin.
