This strain was tops in my book compared to many that I have got with Tweedle Farms. I started out with 2 grams because they ran out of the first batch. I was lucky enough to snag a 1/2 OZ before this beauty was gone. The trichromes and purple all over remind me of days with Grandaddy Purple and that magnificent Gasmask. Combined it's a recipe for relaxation and great vibes all around. 2 grams was not enough and I suggest those skimming this flower buy as much as you want it's exactly as described. Thanks Tweedle you never let me down.
Grinds very well. It retains it's stickiness through the grinding, and even helps clean my grinder - that's how sticky this is! It leaves behind an okay amount of kief. I smoked this in 2 joints. 1) only PG. 2) mixed with Lifter. I smoked the 1st in two sessions. The taste I got in the 1st session was disappointing. It had a faint taste of onions??? I left the last half of the joint in my container of spearmint trident for a few hours, before the 2nd session. What a difference! The taste was sweet and pleasant. I began smoking the mix of PG & L immediately after finishing the 1st joint. The taste had faint hints of french toast sticks and cinnamon rolls. Exhaling this out my nose was a must each time. The effects peaked with the feeling that everything was moving in slow motion. It wasn't an overpowering effect, but very obvious. This faded away after about 10mins. Then, it felt like I was moving sliiiiightly faster than usual (I noticed it when typing into my phone). That too faded in a matter of minutes. The lingering effects were the mental clarity (i.e. "my brain feels light"), positive mood (i.e. "I'm actually looking forward to work tomorrow...."), and the overall mood to enjoy every second ("Days of Our Lives" by Bone Thugs is what these effects would sound like if they could harmonize lyrics about thuggish endeavors). I'm excited to try the other blends I've made with this (I prefer blending several strains). PG is for sure a strain I'll always have in my stash!
This strain is an excellent summertime tea that goes well with watermelons. It's soft and more vine-like than other strains, and must have been grown near a fruit orchard, mainly watermelons.
I'll update the rating once I try it. I've just received the order & have packed a few cones. It crumbles great by hand! It crumble to fluffy, sticky pieces. My fingers were covered in sticky trichomes, so the paper would stick to my fingers when twisting 'em. Looking forward to smoking this!
I enjoyed the taste, but didn't do much for me. Not noticeably relaxing enough for me to really enjoy it.
The effects we're almost immediate, very relaxing. The taste however was not great at all. The smell of the buds and the taste are completely different. It tasted like burnt spices.
This strain is sweet, sticky and flavorful fruity, grape, slightly earthy.
The effects are relaxing!
Had a few seeds but not a problem for my grinder! Would still purchase again. Very happy. Very nice strain!
I was really excited about this one as I am a huge fan of blue and purple strains. When I first got the half oz of purple genius it smelled good and fruity. There was a really nice bud on the top and it smelled great. When going back in for more buds I noticed the rest of the buds weren't like the nice one that was on top and there was a good amount of shake. It looks like most of what was on the remaining buds had broken off being that said shake. The stems on the big buds we're almost bare. I wish I could post a photo so you can see. The bag lost all smell after the good bud was gone too. I guess I was pretty disappointed at that point. I decided to order more blue genius because that one I know I like a lot and never lets me down. The purp was priced pretty low so didn't bother making a complaint or anything.
Not very high level of CBD and it's not very dense but the cheaper price makes up for it
